About Us

Bernard Heyes Design Limited was established in Soho, London in 1999.

Founded by successful award-winning designers from BBC Television and the Royal College of Art, London, we have created an approachable and friendly environment at our Meard Street studio. This graphic design consultancy is led by ideas and concepts where appropriate facilities are deployed in the realisation of our ambitions and our clients expectations. We often combine cutting edge CGI with live action, studio or motion control model camera work to achieve great results.

Specialists in television programme styling from the opening title sequence through content graphics to the end credits, we have many years experience in producing the highest quality moving imagery for the screen.

Rewards

We have been rewarded with the greatest of national and international awards for our determined efforts to produce the most exciting and meaningful visual communication on television.

In 1999, when Creative Director at Framestore, Bernard received an Emmy for the most outstanding individual achievement in the craft of Title Sequence Design for 'Millennium' combining computer animation and stunning visual effects with storytelling.

This accolade along with the Royal Television Society's coveted Graphic Design Award, two Broadcast Design Association Golds, a BAFTA nomination and four International Monitor Awards makes an impressive display well worth our continued determination and ambition to inform and entertain mass audiences here and abroad.
